Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Ever Frame ("we", "us") makes an e-paper display device and the companion service at app.theeverframe.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Google Calendar data

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar events. We use this access only to show your upcoming events on your own frame. We fetch upcoming events when your frame displays the calendar screen; we store a connection token, and we do not store, share, or analyze your calendar events beyond rendering them for your device. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in the app, which deletes the stored token, or revoke access from your Google Account settings.

Ever Frame's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we do not do

Third-party services

Weather data is fetched from Open-Meteo using the city coordinates you configure. Our servers are hosted by DigitalOcean in Toronto, Canada. DNS and network protection are provided by Cloudflare.
